Paul Maher Ford service department appalling!!!

I drive a Ford Ranger and since out of service plan it has been a night mare. Once your ford is out of service plan on 2 separate incidents Paul Maher adds their own little service gimmicks. I was charged 3 hrs labour at R1300 an hr. When asked how can they charge that amount i was told that Paul Maher is situated in a high income area and they have to charge accordingly. Spoke to other dealer ships who told me that it is not true. After discount got charged R6500.00(+-) for a service of which 2.5hrs was labour charges. Today took my sons car for a service at the same Paul Maher Ford dealership and the very same people phoned my son trying to make him pay extra charges even though his car has gone for its 2nd service. They now have an compulsory R1400 charge for cleaning of injectors . They also charge for brakes and sceaming of disks above a certain mm, i went and took pics of the disk … at the end of the day a customer want to have a good and trust worthy relation ship with the car dealership that he service his vehicle with. If this can not happen then you should not sell that brand of vehicle. Not all Ford dealerships are the same but Ford Maher in my opinion should totally be avoided they are not trustworthy as a service agency. Is it true that n franchise agency can charge what they want on a service and should there not be some sort of regulator that can keep there eyes on services and fees. I love the Ford brand but has had a few bad experiences with Paul Maher. They give me the impression that they hunt money in there service department …
