Ford service blunder

Took my car for a service to Paul Maher Ford, Cresta branch. Forgot my cellphone in the car and when I picked my car back up the phone was gone. I understand it was my negligence, spoke to the Financial Manager who requested an email. All I asked is that they maybe check video footage. Waiting for a response form the 12/02/2019.
