False Advertising

I bough a 2015 Ford Focus 1.0 Eco Boost and dealership provided confirmation that vehicle come standard with alarm & immobiliser. Now 3 years later they advise that vehicle does not have an alarm system and does not seem interested in resolving the matter even after numerous e-mails. I could have bought a vehicle from another brand that fitted my needs for security & safety. I wonder how many other Ford Focus owners are aware of the fact that their vehicles does not have an alarm?
