Excellent Service - Paul Maher Auto

I just would like on a public forum personally thank Paul Maher Auto (in Northcliff) for the excellent service provided to them on my Ford Fiesta recently.

My car's transmission control gave issues. In fact the car was at another Ford dealer closer by to where I lived between 10 and 12 April 2018. However I am not going to talk about that poor experience here.

The team at Paul Maher Auto (Leeann and Ben) really delivered brilliant service. They ensured that I was kept up to date with the progress on dealing with the issues. They also noticed that the main problem was due to the transmission control and realised that it was a part guaranteed by Ford.

I did not once have to follow-up from my side and can with an open heart recommend them to Ford owners.

Personally, I am moving from the Ford dealer I normally use to them due to the service experience.
