Bad service for my car

<p>I'm totally not happy with the service from Ford Paul Maher in 253 Beyers Naude Dr </p> <p> </p> <p>I took my for repairs because it was making some sounds in the engine after replacing the damaged valves, the thing when I go to fetch the I'm told when they were trying to test the car after repairs the engine motor got damaged, I had to wait 7 weeks for the to be fixed and they didn't want to take responsibility for the damages the told it was bound to happen okay I didn’t fight them and paid all the costs , only to find that after taking the car it was leaking oil and the gears were hard. I spoke to Wayne (Service manager) and Muhammad (Service advisor), they said they’ll check the oil leak, and I asked about the clutch because when I brought the car there the clutch was fine not suddenly its hard. They again came with excuses again saying they only worked on the engine and not the clutch, but I'm like for you to take the whole engine out you had to take out the clutch and gearbox as well, and if you didn't touch it why is it suddenly hard. They told me that I will need to replace it and the cost of replacing is R9000. After paying R34000 for the engine which was the problem now I have to pay another R9000 for something damaged in your hands?</p> <p>I need help to get these guys to sort my clutch back to the way it was, I mean they never take responsibility for anything yet stuff gets damaged in their possession.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ford Paul Maher I'm really disappointed with your service.</p>
