Useless service Paul James

Went in today 4/7/18 for a cut and blow wave. I didn't have an appointment but another hairdresser assisted me. My problem started when payment had to be made. My hairdresser charged me R265.00 in the last week of December, today they charged me R360.00. On questioning this, they said that she's junior and the hairdresser who worked on my hair today was senior and the new VAT increase had to do with the increase. They didn't notify me of this prior to me cutting my hair. The one hairdresser put my normal hairdresser down by saying she did something *******. I'm a customer, don't make any employee look bad. Secondly the one hairdresser said I mustn't compare the GP with a Specialist. But I must say the specialist did a GP job and not a specialist job, Looking for a new Hairdresser. My daughter and I supported you for the last 6 years. I also purchased all the Nisim products from PJ. USELESS SERVICE.
