unprofessional stylist

On the 04/07/2015 I went to cut and and bow dry my hair at paul james columbine... However due to the good reputation paul james has I trusted Lisa to style my hair.... when I told her how I wanted it she looked so confused.... so I even took a picture to show her so she said she can do it.... my hair looks the same just like I had a trim. ... The back looks nothing like a what I wanted. .... I'm very unhappy and I just wasted my money there... people shouldn't take chance if they can't cut hair.... very disappointed.
