Unhappy customer...

Very unhappy with the result of my hair color and cut. I wanted a light brown. I am now a dark brown. The cut was satisfactory. The quote was given and then when it was time to pay they said it's more because my hair was long but I asked for a cut before color and he ignored that. I was happy with The Glen when they did my hair back in February this year however Mall of the south managed to tarnish the reputation of Paul James. The hair stylist didnt want to give me the light color I wanted. I want my hair sorted out so I can be happy with the way I look. Some one needs to contact me.
