Sloppy service

The Glen branch is not as upmarket as the page on Instagram claims. I took my wig there abs asked if they have sound knowledge on wigs as they deal with Caucasian and Brazilian hair all the time that’s why I went there. The service was rushed and the hair looked volumous and hideous. It had a bump in the closure and I wanted a sleek flat finish. I left it there at 09:30 but she only gave it back to me at 16:11 I’d like to believe I have them more than enough time to get it right. I am appalled.
