Pathetic service Paul James Carnival mall

<p>Paul James Carnival Mall just lost 4 clients. After waiting till 9:10 for the store to open (but my appointment is at 9:00) I was placed in a chair waiting to be helped by Pam only to see 20minutes later that she is starting with another client, then walks off to mix the colour for the client. I spend thousands of rands buying hair products and GHD's from you never walking out without spending over R1000 just on my hair with every appointment, the attitude received today showes that you dont need clients as you did not even try to stop me or my mother from walking out. Note to all, if you want service dont visit Paul James Carnival Mall. You will never see me again.</p>
