Bad Builder, does not finish work, poor finishes.

Paul was contracted to do some improvements in a business premises in Linden, and initially agreed to the 4 day time frame to get the majority of work done.<br> The business was closed for the 4 days to allow complete unrestricted access so the work could be completed.<br> After 4 days there wasn't a working toilet or shower (a problem for a healthcare facility), and the work was nowhere completed, the excuses started from lots of plaster to hard concrete delaying the process.<br> <br> Two months later after many promises and commitments to finish the work after receiving the 95% of the payment the work is still not finished, disgusting and unacceptable.<br> When we eventually got hold of him all he could say was sorry...<br> We have enlisted alternate contractors to finish his work.<br> Don't be fooled by his friendly disposition as he won't deliver what he commits to!
