Very unfriendly and unwelcoming

I was just at the N1 City branch, looking to purchase a base guitar. Upon entering, noone greeted. The shop was quiet with plenty sales assistants available but noone offered to assist, even though we'd been standing at the guitar section for about 10 minutes. Since no assistence was offered after all this time, we decided to leave. It was a very unfriendly environment which made us not want to buy anything. I will never return and won't recommend the store or brand to anyone moving forward. Very disappointing as I was so excited to purchase a guitar and visit the store. Never again!
