They had plenty of time to rectify before this review

Very poor service for online sales, even considering the lockdown. I have been phoning daily for a week, following up on an order placed 3 weeks ago. Everyday they tell me that there is no reason for the hold up, they are following up why it is not being shipped, but it is still not shipped. No one takes responsibility to ensure that the order proceeds as it should, no one is letting me know when it will be shipped and delivered. They all seem very confused and unequipped to do their jobs.
