STAFF EXPLOITATION

I accidentally booked out a Fender Newporter online. Went into the store In Jean Avenue to cancel the order. Great sales rep named Petto spend more than an hour with me and I decided on the guitar and some extras like a bag etc. So Petto does a new order with the guitar and all the extras. I phone Cape Town head office and speak to a gentleman named Newton. I ask him to cancel the online order as I have made a new one with Petto. He assures me its done and that the guitar would be dispatched immidiately. Here's the catch the following day the guitar was still not dispatched because they will not cancel the online order ass to not pay commision to Petto who actually put in the yards and made the sale. If I was any other musical instrument retailer I would employ Petto and give him double his pay, because his that good. And as for Paul Bothner Music I will never support you again. I cannot believe cool sales people like Petto works for a ****, money hungry, staff exploiting company as yourself.
