Service to customers lots of companies should learn about. 10 stars.

I needed to buy a guitar for my step grand daughter. I contacted Paul Bothner Music for their advise. Paul personally recommended a size bigger (3/4 instead of 1/2) saying that she will outgrow the 1/2 size quickly. I followed his advise but was concern that with the unrest in KZN and Gauteng, I would not be delivered on time (9 days). Paul told me that he will do his best to deliver on time. I placed my order on Thursday 10AM from their Cape Town warehouse. Hold and behold, The next day, by 12 noon the guitar was here (From their secret warehouse in Midrand :)) ). During the Email conversation between Paul and myself (about 10 Emails), the answer was returned within one hour. I had the feeling that I was the most important customer, all that for a beginner non-expensive guitar. Thank you Paul. It was a pleasure to do business with you even if it was a small one. Lots of companies in the Country should learn what one call "Customer service". Where ever I can, I will recommend your business. Pity they do not have 10 stars here. Greatest regards. Eric de Spot.
