Lies. Disrespect. Dishonesty. Failure to honour written quote

I went to Paul Brothers in Parklands. I stated I have a R5000 budget to buy a drum kit. I was told yes R5000 for the drums but R500 extra for the drum throne. So I went to the N1 City branch. I got a deal of R5000 for drums and R390 for the throne. I took this quote back to Parklands to see if they would match it, since Parklands is closer to my home. The sales man wasn't there, the manager was and when I told him my quote from his salesman, he said the salesman would get a written warning for quoting me so low. Anyway. I went back the next day when the salesman was in. He said sorry, can't match the price. No problem. So i go to N1 City to purchase the drums, with the written quote of R5000 drums, R390 throne. Then the drama started! An old man with a dirty beard i assume is the manager, stopped the sale. He said no. The Parklands branch quoted me R6000. I was shocked. I said no, the quote was R5000, I didn't return to the Parklands branch 3x for drums at R6000 when the same is R5200 on TakeAlot. Well, this dirty bearded guy called the Parklands branch and to my shock and horror, the Parklands salesman says he never quoted me R5000, but R6000!! I was so horrified at the blatant lies. Clearly the Parklands guy got told of a written warning if he gave me the drums at the R5000 he quoted, so he decided to lie and say he never did. So N1 said I **** about my quote! So they not honouring the written quote they had given me. I was so upset I left in tears. I was with my 10year old as son, the drums were his birthday present. I drove directly to Parklands branch to confront the salesman and was amazed how helooked me in the eyes smiling saying how, yes I did say I had a R5000 budget, but he quoted me R6000. He said all his disgusting lies with the manager right next to him. According to this ****, I was at his shop 3x, three times for to discuss an imaginary price. Guess it would have been his final warning so he **** to me, my 10 year old, all the staff at N1City branch, just to save his own skin. At least the guy who gave me the quote at N1City said sorry, that he made a mistake. Parklands man just **** through his teeth calling me a ****. I had both branches, N1City and Parklands on the phone, team up against me to juat not honour a written quote. How disgusting and dishonest is that....
