Is this the way you treat all customers!?

<p>So my brother decided to check out guitars at your store in n1 city. He usually visits your store when we're in the area to check out any new products and I've been with him once before..the guys were friendly and helpful and gave him advice on guitars and so forth, however when he went over the weekend to purchase a guitar an older gentlemen who assisted him kept rushing him on, giving him attitude and telling him he needs to hurry up because there were other customers who will also be there soon. There are people who spend hours in that store finding the perfect instrument yet my brother couldnt spend a few mins looking around for something he liked without making him feel as though he wasn't welcome. If I had been with I'd never have let him purchase anything there with that kind of **** service! That guy treated him like a kid who was just playing around and wasting his time instead of helping him like a valued customer.&nbsp;</p>
