Fantastic service!!

Hi,

I would like to express my gratefulness and utmost satisfaction with the service I got from Gideon Joubert at Bothners N1 city.

It started about 5 months ago when I was browsing the shop with the intention to upgrade my acoustic guitar. Gideon helped me, didn’t forced anything upon me, but encouraged me to try the guitars within my budget and make my own decision. I left without a guitar, but Gideon went out of his way to get me a guitar within my budget and I was back a few days later to buy it. I ended up buying a guitar that was more expensive, but I was still amazed by the good service I got.

I found a hairline crack at the back (the guitar made a vibration sound when I played it / strummed it) of the guitar which looked like a fabric fault. Still I wasn’t sure what to do, but I phoned Gideon. He advised me to bring it into the shop for inspection. Long story short - it was sent to Taylor, got fixed under guarantee and I got it back within a week. Extremely efficient.

Thank you so much to Bothners and Gideon. I really appreciate the effort from Gideon and he is such a genuine person to deal with - super satisfied. I will continue to shop at Bothners whether I’m looking. For anything relating musical instruments.
