AWESOME SERVICE!!

<p>My boyfriend and I had decided to buy guitars and learn to play them properly before we turn 30. </p> <p>My dad has been a musician for years, and advised us to speak to Paul Bothners in Claremont, where he bought his very first drum set some 30 years ago. He has always spoken very highly of the PBM group and I now understand why.</p> <p>Knowing that musical instuments are very expensive and often complicated, we put a lot of effort into finding a guitar that would suit each of us. By a lot of effort I mean that all we had to do was phone Paul Bothner in Claremont and speak to Rudi Burns regarding the guitar models that we liked. He was so insightful and helpful. He was straight forward and to the point. We chose 2 X Ibanez PF15ECE guitars in Black. rudy gave us an awesome price and we paid them in full and the order was put through. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were told that there would be a delay in the guitars arriving and Rudy kept us up to date with the progress. We live in Durbanville and he made arrangements for the guitars to be dropped at N1 City - Which is super helpful. To make up for the fact that the guitars were delayed by a week, we were each given a free set of strings to appologise for this. When I phoned Paul Bothner N1 city, a lady answered the phone and when I told her that I was calling about a pick up scheduled for today she was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I am sorry that I didn't get her name to thank her in this post. She even asked if there was anything else we needed so that she could put the items all together and I could just pick it up and pay for the new additions.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are so incredibly happy with the service we recieved and I hope that this is the start to a life-long relationship with Paul Bothner Music.</p> <p>Thank you Rudi Burns and co for the excellent service!</p>
