"Smash-n-Grab" type of business, not deserving of consideration.

AdBlu pump on my sister's car packed up, and these people offered to disable it as an alternative. After a few weeks of light usage, the car does not start at all. They refuse our request for a callout to have the car checked and insist that the car be brought in at our own cost, which we eventually did. It has now been more than a week, and they have not even begun looking at the car. What's worse, our requests for feedback on the job have been greeted with indignation on their part, hanging up when we call and simply telling us: "I am busy" when they do respond.
