Careless Service

I ordered 40 yrs birthday cake from these people, I paid deposit on time, I even drove to their place to pay, they promised to deliver the service on Friday or Saturday morning before 8am, I waited and waited, one of the lady started to come up with stories, started to change delivery/collection time. They failed update me on Friday until I sleep, then Saturday morning on the day of my party, she decided to cancel my order via whatsaap, then she blocked me on whatsaap n Facebook. I couldn't communicate with her because I was blocked in all channels. I was left stranded on my special day, I didn't have cake on my 40 yrs birthday because of their heartless service. I was heart broken, I didn't know what to do because they canceled me on the day of the party. M very disappointed by their behavior, they were heartless and careless. I want everyone know what kind of terrible service that they offer, will never recommend anyone to use their services because they will experience the bad experience that I had, they did a very terrible thing that I will never forget. I boycott their service, they don't deserve support from the community. They ruined my special day, i need go to their shop and tell them nonsense, They are very careless 😔
