Product not working !

Bought the glue and it doesn't work. Called the number on the bottle and someone said they would call me back. A week later I called again since no one called me and they apologized and said someone will call me back. Its been a week again and I am still waiting for someone to call me. So what am I supposed to do now? I bought the product that doesn't work and now am being ignored?
