Pattex response to customer queries

I tried to find a supplier with stock of the Pattex Contact adhesive in 50 or 100ml tubes on the West Rand. I completed the online contact form with my query on two occassions and nobody has responded to my request. It is disappointing that a major brand like Pattex does not respond to queries from their webservice. I notice from Helopeter reports that Pattex does not respond to Hellpeter customer comments ? I will now have to buy a competitor product whilst I have supported Pattex products for many years.
