Siyakhanyisa ECD Dispute
Dear Sir/Madam I have a Dispute regarding a contract with Sasfin and ODBB due to unauthorized deductions. I'm seeking help with a long-standing dispute with Sasfin and ODBB over a printer and cameras supp**** to our Early Childhood Development centre (NPO) in Langa, Cape Town. In summary: - A representative, Brian, promised servicing and ink replacement until the contract ended, but this wasn't honoured. - The amount they stated on the contract was different from what was deducted every month. - Despite attempts to cancel the contract, paying the cancellation fee, and requesting equipment collection, Sasfin continued to deduct money from our account and my banker didn't bother to notify me or anything. - After disputing the debit order with our bank, our card was blocked by OBDD severely impacting our operations. - A sheriff visited our premises for asset attachment and after intervention, we were advised to write to Sasfin (case/ref no SR1072) with a payment proposal and bank statements. - After complying, Sasfin took R40,455.52 from our account without notice. We seek your assistance in: 1. Stopping all unauthorized deductions. 2. Returning the R40,455.52 taken on 19 February 2026. 3. Collecting their equipment. 4. Confirming contract cancellation.
