SHOCKING SERVICE

we placed an order and were told that it would be delivered the day before our event and paid the delivery fee upfront. On the day of the event, the order had still not been delivered and we were informed that it was in fact still in production and that they weren't sure if they could deliver at all. We had to send someone to collect them the day AFTER the event and they have refused to reimburse us for the delivery fee and leave emails unanswered. They have been very difficult to deal with and have been very unapologetic for their incompetence.
