Poor communication. Poor Service. No delivery

I have been dealing with Grant Herrmann who I think is in fact the owner. He is unreliable. He doesn't return calls. He does not deliver stock. I had to arrange a driver and van to collect stock in Hekpoort. The original email was answered promptly by Motlagomang Moroeng. The quote and invoice was sent within days. Since then I have had to battle every single day to get any response from anyone there. We paid the invoice almost immediately and yet I am still without 3000 of my 4000 units. I can not express what a disappointment this has been and in future I would rather pay slightly more and work with professional, customer service orientated people than those wanting to make a quick buck. Fortunately we have a team of company lawyers, I am sorry for those who don't. Absolutely DISGUSTED
