Patrick's Construction ****
Mislead me with the quote, During the job, asking me if I wanted to add things that I thought was included. I sent multiple messages to confirm the scope of work and price. His excuse was that I sent too many messages and he misunderstood. The only reason I had to send so many message was that the quote was vague. Planned to take 5 days, with payment due at specific phases. I ended paying in full before the job was complete because the construction tools were left on my site as collateral. 2 months later and my work is not complete but he posts statuses of 2 to 3 other jobs a day that hes progressing on. They cant communicates to the clients and their own staff, cant even communicate between his brother limbani. Stay far away from Patrick and **** business operating in the randburg area in a white double cab Ranger amd white corsa utility. The first tiling job was done perfectly but that sets you up to sign on bigger jobs with confidence and they only chase starting the next job instead of finishing one properly
