Not honouring 5 year written warranty on waterproofing

Waterproofed the house and balcony for R70k+ in July 2023. 5 year written warranty. Waterproofing not holding up, cracks, etc. Not responding to calls, messages and voice notes. Blocked me everywhere. Has done the same to others. Works in Johannesburg North frequently. Apparently also works for IT Junxion. Also advertises he’s a Christian. Tools were ****** from my workshop too, unfortunately I cannot prove that it was him and his team.
