Poor Service

My wife and I went to the Patio Warehouse in Malibongwe last Saturday and I must confess that I received the worse customer service. We firstly walked around looking for the Patio lounge that we wanted. Once we selected our set we could not find assistance. We then went to the counter which had 4 employees available but not one of those employees picked their heads up to acknowledge us waiting. This continued for some time until I went up and requested assistance. By then I was already put off by the service.....
