Poor quality items

<p>Purchase an umbrella and hammock from Patio Warehouse in 2013 that is supposed to be all weather resistant. After complaining they want to replace the umbrella pole but don't want to give me full refund for the umbrella and hammock. When I went to have a look at items in the Centurion branch not one hammock on the floor which is clear that this product was extremely poor quality as they don't stock the item any longer. Also the poor quality umbrella which we purchased is still the exact same price which is strange as all the other product's prices have increased but this item is still for sale at the same price. After I demanded they collect the hammock & umbrella and give me a full refund the pretend now to give good after sale service by wanting to replace the umbrella pole. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
