Poor Quality Customer Service

I have ordered a patio set that included a 3 seater couch, dining table and 2 seater stools. It has been delivered 5 times with there being a quality each issue for every single delivery. Upon delivery, we were not notified and were not home so had to make a place. I had to drive to the Randburg Location and speak to the manager on this as it was the 3rd time they had done it. The Manager assured that it would delivered by the 4th time with no issues. Again, they delivered with no notice and still with damages on the items. The customer service and feedback is disgustingly poor and i will not recommend them to anybody ever!
