Patio Warehouse - be careful before you buy

We purchased an expensive outdoor patio suite. After minimum use, the cushion covers started fraying. We did approached the store manager Charmaine, and after constant followups. She did inform us that they never had this issue before and they will not be able to assist us. The manager Charmaine did not even have the decency to listen to our complain.
