Paid R20 000 yet no goods have been delivered

We ordered a patio set and arranged for delivery on Friday 23 Oct 2015 after 2pm. It is now almost 8pm and nothing has been delivered. I have phoned patio warehouse randburg and the promised to phone me back. No call was received. The delivery guy has stopped answering his phone and I have been calling him since 4pm. When he did answer he said he would be here at 6pm. Well that was not true as well. Companies are very happy taking your money but then their service is shocking and they JUST DON'T CARE!!!!!! Shocking service Patio Warehouse!!!
