It is always easy to complain when things don't go you way, but I would like to compliment the sales staff and management of this particular branch of Patio Warehouse. Their service is professional and I will definitely deal with them again. Sending an sms to say that the delivery will arrive within 30min and then to actually be on time is so refreshing. We have become accustomed to bad service but there are still companies that deliver great service and put their customers needs first. Good job Patio Warehouse.
