I would like to compliment Patio Warehouse on the excellent after sales service. I have a Sling Umbrella and the mechanism developed a fault at Christmas. I spoke to Shirley who arranged for some one to come and fix it. they had to take it away but it was repaired and returned pretty promptly considering it was holiday season.
