Bad service

I m having a terrible experience with Patio warehouse First they delivered incorrect goods on Monday which I returned with delivery truck I called the warehouse right after that and they promised my goods will be delivered on Wednesday My husband went to the store on Tuesday and they confirmed the correct stuff will be delivered on Wednesday Round 4 pm Wednesday I called the warehouse to enquire about delivery They guy said he ll fond our and gzt back to me - bnp one called me and 4:30 pm I phoned again same story At 4:50 I called again and spoke to Benedict who was a bit more helpful He informed me the order is scheduled for delivery and gave me driver details I called driver Martin who said he doesn't have my chairs on the truck and I must speak to his manager This is so so disappointing and I didnt expect such ****ty service AND promises that they dont keep
