Bad Attitude from Jan and *********** Delivery

We ordered a 10 piece wooden patio set but due to scratch marks on the table top from the delivery and some *****s on the chairs which were not properly fastened, we requested that it be returned. We decided to rather purchase a 10 piece cast aluminium set. We were promised that the delivery will be done on Monday but at 15.45 we phoned to inquire when we could expect the delivery and was advised that they will still deliver. At about 16.10 they arrived. We showed them where the items must be placed and had to rush off to pickup my father. They only placed the table and 3 chairs on the veranda. The other 7 chairs were still wrapped together and left on the lawn. Also lying all over the garden was plastic bags containing touch-up paint/spare chair feet protectors and bubble wrap. When we arrived at home it started raining, my mom and housekeeper had to undo the chairs and quickly carry them up to the the veranda. The Tuesday Jan phoned to inquire if we were happy with the delivery and when explaining our problems, he said that he is a busy person and that we must put everything in an email, which he will then submit to Head Office.
