Patio Table falling apart

Hi<br> I bought a very nice patio table earlier in the year at the Reitz Show from Patio Elite. I paid the deposit and the table was delivered 8 weeks later. The table was really a beautiful piece of work and I was overall very satisfied with their service (although they were a bit late with delivery).<br> Now 5 months down the line, the table and the benches are pulling apart completely. There are gaps of 5 mm in the wood and the table has gone completely skew.<br> Their website does indicate a 1 year guarantee, so I tried to contact the supplier by using their automated email on their website, but to date I have had no replies. I tried contacting them via their landline and cell phone, but to no avail. <br>
