Patio Direct is useless

These people are so so rude!I ordered a patio set from them,got an invoice,they said cash is fine and a delivery date and time was given.All of a sudden I get a message saying delivery can't happen,I asked why and I was advised they will only deliver if they have stock?I was told my set was not held for me because I didn't pay a deposit?If I was asked for a deposit I would have paid 1?I asked if cash was ok and they said yes?How on earth do they operate?You have a customer ready and waiting for their order but you want to see if you sell it at your warehouse 1st?I would rather pay more and get better service somewhere else!Why should a customer have to beg for the product that was sold to them? On Facebook they say the reviews on Hello Peter are not their company but based on this terrible service I'm sure it definitely is them in these reviews!
