We paid for a trip to Cape Town that got canceled by them last minuite. We were then told of a turn around refund of 3 months..No communication on their end ,we constantly have to do follow ups.We were told the 3months won't lapse until we are refunded as the issue was with them.We have since been waiting and found so many other people that have been ****med by them.We all get similar responses from them,they can never give a payment date..
