Worst accounts dept

Accounts dept is pathetic! 6 monthes after the tests were doen in hospital, I get a phone call to tell me the account is outstandig. 3 hour later a sms to tell me the account will now be handed over for collection! Do you not have a phone to call a person! You would think with the 60 forms you have to fill in before being admitted into hospital you have all the contact information you need. I work in finance and any legal action will place my career at risk. Very poor service and I pray I NEVER have to use you again.
