Vermaak and Vennote pathologist. Patient damage.

I had and Abg performed by one of the staff members vermaak pathologists and she definitely not well trained in her job she piecered me like 4 times until I screamed and she had to call another lady to to assist her. However that left my hand terribly painful swollen and bruised. I complained to management they sent me for tests at doctors in the meantime I was totally incapacitated I couldn't drive or do anything for myself I had to sit at home and in this time I started to lose everything my business went down my staff left my customers appointed other service providers. Today is more than a month this incident occurred on the 31 October. I submitted a claim for compensation to Vermaak they had appointed their attorneys to deal with the issue. Today I received a lousy offer of R15000.00. This offer is an insult to us as patients. I did make contact with the Ceo Mr Jan Vermaak he is a person who makes broken promises and allows his legal team to make changes to doctors reports. The lawyer became the doctor they changed the dispute from and ABG ( arterial blood gas test) to a veni puncture. I would like to advise fellow citizens out there to please rather use lancet or ampath as your preferred pathologist as the staff crew at vermaak are definitely not well trained an efficient in carrying out their duties.
