Unprofessional service

Worst expierence and service at Pathcare Vermaak Mulbarton today. The lady doing the swabs was so rude and very irritated with my son that was just trying to find out what she was going to do. When I tried to intervene she reprimanded him and shoved the swab down his throat. Ignored me when I asked to please give him a minute as he was going to vomit. Not to mention the unprofessional service behind the desk. Couldn't give me a price for a test (that I was willing to pay for) and then after I left had to phone me to go back because I had to pay for the test before I could get the results? That was my question I asked whilst still there, and had to wait almost 20min for an answer??? I was aware that I still owed money for a previous test and was willing to pay it there. And maybe a uniform would be best seeing that I had to ask the receptionist to please cover her "bossom" that was totally exposed through a see-through top with my teenage son next to me.
