Unprofessional
I have been diagnosed with diabetes for 10 years, I have been testing my HbA1c, kidneys and other stuff. My medical aid is paying for everything that needed for my chronic disease. February 2021, My doctor asked me to go and check my bloods like usually at Pathcare and Dr WJH Vermaak . They use a wrong Icd 10 code now my medical aid doesn't want to pay them. Because of their mistake, so now they are busy sending me emails, harassing me that I must pay.
