********* dishonest arrogant pathologist

In February this year my son was taken to Wilgers hospital ER Vermaak and partners took samples and sent it away for testing Around 3 months later the send me a bill for the tests and I ask them for proof of the service delivered which they first explained was mailed to Wilgers ER room When I requested the mail as proof of the service delivered suddenly the mail was deleted but they assured me that the service was delivered Again I requested proof of the service delivered and they sent me a word format report that seems to be a fabrication of a report , I informed them, that I would pay the full bill as soon as they show me the system from which the report was generated . this should be easy and shouldn’t be a problem if they are being honest After the last request the only reply they can give is that I stay responsible for the account and that can confirm that the service was delivered, I requested that senior management contact me and they were just as arrogant and ignore my request that the owner should contact me Now I am threatened with being handed over to legal and still they refuse to agree to a simple request to see the system from which the report was generated It makes you wonder just how many people pay the bills and the service in fact was never delivered, I was forced to hand this over to the SAPS HPCSA for further investigation
