UGH!! Another *********** Business
There is just about no way to communicate with anyone competent at the Vermaak PathCare offices. They offer their services at various hospitals in Pretoria, and the next time you hear from them they have handed over your account to attorneys!?! If this company implements better communication structures more people might be able to settle outstanding payments before just receiving a hand-over letter. Quite pathetic.

I am very glad to see an outpour of sudden reactions from Pathcare, which I am incredibly grateful for, and I hope that more people will enjoy quick response time from Pathcare in the future before receiving sudden final demands in their inboxes.
Unfortunately, this is not the way people should be treated. Yes, Pathway has money to collect, but it could be done in a more mannerly fashion without slinging final demands around.
I have made contact with Yolandie, and she has been extremely helpful.
