Poor covid 19 protocols putting lives in danger
I went for a COVID test for travel purposes as my husband has to go and renew his visa in Swaziland before the end of December. We went to the Unitas testing site. We were called into a container to have our tests done and our nurse was very professional. However, there were already 2 of us in the container to be tested and then the OTHER nurse called in a third patient who was not there for travel purposes. He said to her that he has all the symptoms and he’s sure he has Covid. While we were in this very small container she proceeded to ask him to remove his mask and test him at the same time we were being tested. We are not Covid positive and yet that nurse put us at risk of being infected by another patient just because she wanted to rush through all the patients and go home! This is gross negligence and you put uninfected patients at risk of being infected, thereby spreading Covid further! Not only did this happen but the whole time we were in the container the air conditioner was running! These are shocking practices for Covid 19 and you are endangering people’s lives.
