Good Day I would like to bring this to the publics attention not to ever in your life use this laboratory as a service provider... I tested for Covid on the 30th of July 2021 on the same day I received A sms that I was negative of the SARS-Cov2 virus... A week later my wife tested positive at Ampath.. We received a notification from our medical aid that there is a unpaid claim from this laboratory... When inquiring this now we where told that the wrong codes was used and the codes that was used was not for the covid test.... My wife just spoke to a very unhelpfully and arrogantly lady by the name of Willma who told her that they never tested me for covid( But i received an sms that i was negative) They tested me for some bronchitis infection and not covid....... Can someone from senior management give us a call as i refuse to further deal with staff members that does not have the basic telephone etiquette...
