Physically assaulted by path care employee at Zuid Afrikaans Hospital

I went to Zuid Afrikaans hospital to relieve the person looking after my baby a day after her admission, 14 Feb 2022 I was assaulted by the lady name Priscilla from Pathcare after I wanted to use the medical aid to do the covid test swaps, they demanded I pay R500 or must have a referral letter from the doctor even though I was not sick and have left the baby in the hospital, it got worse to the level where I was physical assalted as she pushed me in the forehead with her finger and that she is not going to help me, this conduct is not professional at a work place, my sin was I refuse to pay cash when I have a medical aid which is willing to pay, another lady senior to hear manage to assist me with the test using the medical aid as the mother and a main member of medical aid has a right to be admitted with a child, I have never feel so abused and humiliated in front of everyone because I refuse to pay cash, I am so disappointed in the service I got from Priscilla she is not professional and refused to assist me to the level I demanded that the hospital release my child if I am not allowed do the test as cash pay was not a option, Pathcare employee (Priscilla) refuse to assist me. I feel violated and abused as a client as much as they said they are independent from the hospital but it does not give her a right to abuse people asking for help.
