Painful blood works

Went to draw blood, she used my left arm, it was extremely painful, she got 2 tubes of blood out, then nothing more! My arm is black and blue still days after! She told me the vein is tired and moved over to my right arm. I told her a few times she is hurting me, just said sorry and her experienc shows! (Her words) Most *********** nurse or sister, she should not be in the medical field!!!
